Our Background

Tiffanie Ashley was born in the country of Laos. At a young age, her family was forced to flee her homeland during a time of great political unrest. Her parents taught her about perseverance and hard work as they raised 11 children in a war torn country on less than fifty dollars a month. They survived two years in a prison camp before she and her siblings were allowed to leave Thailand, eventually settling in Atlanta, Georgia. Tiffanie quickly mastered the English language and earned her United States citizenship. Eventually, Tiffanie moved to Kentucky and started MCI in 1996.

MCI imports glass and aluminum cans and provides product fulfillment services for the pharmaceutical industry. Under Tiffanie’s leadership, MCI has expanded into warehousing and storage for various types of manufacturers, bringing parts into the U.S. to be delivered on Kanban schedules. The service system side of the company also offers facility maintenance, assembly, sorting, energy, environmental and temporary employee staffing.

MCI has a track record of providing value to our clients over the past decade. Tiffanie is very proud to be an independent businesswoman, partnering with great team members and clients to achieve mutual success.
